For orders within India
- Here are the shipping charges for pan-India:
- Pre-paid orders above Rs 1500 - Free
- Pre-paid orders below Rs 1500 - Rs 100
- CoD orders above Rs 1500 - Rs 50
- CoD orders below Rs 1500 - Rs 150
- We process your orders within 1-3 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
- Customers can also place a pre-order for sold out products by emailing us at info@quirksmith.com or clicking here. Pre-orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing the order
- Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
- We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
For orders outside India:
- We now ship to USA and UK.
- We process all international orders within 7-10 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 20 business days.
- In case you'd like delivery to any other country outside of the above list, click here to chat with our awesome team who will help you out.
- Only prepaid orders are accepted for international deliveries
- Wall decor category is not available for international shipping
- Shipping charges are Rs. 2,500 (Irrespective of order value)
- All duties and taxes are to be borne by the customer at the time of accepting delivery. Any such duties or taxes are calculated locally at the time of import and we advise you to consult your local post office for more information
- These instances do not qualify for a refund:
- The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery
- Shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer at the time of placing an order
Eligibility
1. The item(s) for buyback (in total) should weigh a minimum of 10 grams.2. Currently, buybacks are only available for physical walk-ins at our Bangalore studio. We will be shortly rolling out the process all over India.
Proof of Purchase
To initiate the buyback process, customers must provide proof of purchase. Eligible purchases include items bought from the official Quirksmith website (www.quirksmith.com), from one of our pop-up events, or from our store.Evaluation
Our dedicated team will work with you to ensure a fair evaluation process for your silver items. Here's how it works:1. Identification: Our team identifies the product and verifies its authenticity and age, based on the proof of purchase and an initial inspection.
2.Weight Calculation: Our team weighs the product, excluding any stones or non-silver components.
3. Initial quote: We strive to offer competitive prices for your silver items. Based on the particular day's silver trading price, our team will provide you with a quote. A 10% deduction is applied to cover metal refining charges.
4.Final quote: After the applicable deductions, we will share the final quote with you. Once confirmation is received from your end, we will immediately issue a Store Credit on your registered email with us.
Refund & Credits
Customers will be issued a Store Credit with a validity of 30 days from the date of purchase, in the form of a unique discount code towards the email ID associated with us. This credit note can be availed on all items on online and physical stores.Get Started
For customers based in Bangalore, you are more than welcome to drop by our studio, for coffee and a chat :) Please keep the order details ready with you.After a thorough evaluation of the item(s) by our team, we will share a final quote for the pieces received. Once we receive confirmation from your end, Store Credit will be issued immediately.
